About COVID 

In response to the pandemic, I continue to work by video and phone. Some find doing therapy by video screen reassuring. Others feel that the screen is distracting or makes them feel pressured to perform, and that therapy by phone makes it easier to concentrate by offering a more intimate connection to me and to themselves.

As conditions continue to change, you may prefer to continue therapy via telehealth for its pure convenience. But because not everyone is a good candidate for telehealth, we’ll need to talk briefly before our initial appointment to make sure that teletherapy is right for you.
